Who is Hot in the NFL?

Dallas Cowboys Defense

Allowing only 10 points and 386 yards against in two games is very impressive – and the NFL’s best. Micah is on the path to winning Defensive Player of the Year. This whole unit is buzzing and all eyes will be on their Week 8 matchup vs the Niners in San Francisco.

Tua Tagovailoa

Tua is leading the league in pass yards, and with Tyreek Hill as his number 1 target, who is scorching hot as well, this duo is bound to compete for the #1 spot this year. Tyreek or Tua to win offensive MVP doesn’t sound crazy at all.

Christian McCaffrey

As if there was any doubt, this guy is all the way back. Kyle Shanahan couldn’t be happier to have this guy on his roster, as his playmaking ability is put on display every game. Please stay away from him, injury bugs.

Who is Not Hot in the NFL?

LA Chargers Defense

Yikes. They are so bad against the pass that they have let up 666 in two games, against the Dolphins and Titans, while maintaining a +2 in the turnover differential. JC Jackson is NOT earning that big deal he got two years ago, and things are looking grim after going down with an injury in his first season.

Cincinnati Bengals

Burrow is ailing. The defense looks lost. Tee Higgins doesn’t want a deal. Can’t rush or pass the ball. Yeah, they started 0-2 last year but this is almost twice as bad.

Minnesota’s Rushing Game

69 total rushing yards (wow) is the league’s worst. Cam Akers comes over from the Rams to help boost the rushing attack in hopes of easing the pressure off of the high-powered aerial side of things.
